How It Works
Every engagement begins with a 90-minute diagnostic. That session is the foundation, it is where we map your values origin, your ecosystem pressures, and the collision points between them.
From there, ongoing coaching moves to 60-minute sessions. Once the foundation is laid, 60 minutes is the right container — focused, precise, and calibrated to what is live for you in that moment.
Between sessions, you have direct access to your coach for emerging situations. At this level, the most important leadership moments rarely wait for a scheduled appointment.
