The Front-End Leadership Program is the most comprehensive structural leadership intervention available for senior cohorts.
The program is built on a single premise: that culture is not produced by policy, strategy, or training. It is produced by leaders by the values they hold, the decisions they make under pressure, and the identity they bring into every room they enter. Change those things and the culture follows. Leave them untouched and nothing else will move.
The program is available in residential cohort format and institutional delivery format. Residential programs run across multiple days with the cohort immersed in the full methodology. Institutional delivery integrates the program into the organisation's existing leadership development structures.
Both formats are configured to the specific context, pressures, and cultural challenges of the organisation. There is no off-the-shelf version of this program.

Available in individual and cohort formats. Club delivery partnerships are available. Every engagement begins with a diagnostic session to map where the individual is in the transition and what the specific identity and capacity pressures are.
Individual Coaching
One-on-one coaching is available as a standalone engagement or as a natural progression from program delivery. Four structured packages are available from a single diagnostic session through to a six-month deep dive.
